Any events that fail to conform to our quality standards are reported. Solutions are implemented, preventing the events from recurring, and allowing us to continuously improve our service. We meet with you on a regular basis to discover and respond to your changing needs, industry trends, and to identify areas for improvement in our services.
DEVELOPING NEW SOLUTIONS
All Standard Electric Associates are encouraged to submit ideas to improve process, company culture and cost savings through our Quality Improvement Incentive Plan. Each idea is acknowledged and vetted by our Associate Council. Ideas that are implemented are recognized and rewarded at our annual Associate Meeting. The result? Each year we implement numerous ways to improve our business and service, all suggested by our associates.
Standard Electric has a system for reporting and resolving any Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) within the company. These occurrences are entered into a database and evaluated monthly to determine and implement an effective resolution. By identifying actionable improvements to our processes, we can ensure that every new experience with Standard Electric is your best experience yet.
